A week at a ranch in Colorado for a company retreat? This place doesn't do anything by halves, does it? How rustic.
I've looked over the site and they do children's instruction, which should be informative. I was about three when I started riding, so Melissa isn't that far off. Plus, she's adored the horses at home, and I've let her sit on my lap on a lead, so this should just be another adventure for her. And there's no way I'm leaving her with my parents for a week.
It looks like the ship itself will be in Rome the day we're supposed to head into Colorado, though. Do we fly from port? That's the only thing that has me worried; it's a long trip. |
